Dinner by Heston, the much celebrated London restaurant has opened in Melbourne and in its first year has received 2 hats as part of The Age Good Food Guide Awards 2017 and has taken out the number one spot in the inaugural delicious.100. We are seeking talented front of house wait staff with incredible attention to detail, a thirst for knowledge.

Melbourne diners will now have the opportunity to experience another of Heston Blumenthal’s culinary treats. Based in the Crown Entertainment Complex, Dinner seats 120 guests and serve up to 200 covers per day. The menu is inspired by historic British gastronomy and offers classic Heston creations such as “Meat Fruit”, “Savory Porridge” and ‘Tipsy Cake”. To complement the food menu, in collaboration with Tony Conigliaro and Drink Factory, The Bar offers a bespoke collection of cocktails, each created with a unique historic reference.
The role will require you to have:

Previous relevant experience within a Fine Dining environment is essential
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
An unparalleled eye for detail and the ability to uphold and elevate standards
The ability to work under pressure and prioritise effectively
A can-do attitude and the ability to work effectively as part of team
Drive, initiative and passion for the Food & Beverage industry
Willing and able to work a variety of shifts across a rotating roster
